The sex is irrelevant here. There are no grounds to sue for rape whatsoever given it was consensual. None. Period.

That is because the laws in this country are fcuked up in this regard. Why do you think i keep slamming the rape porn reports that people like to put up and get on their high horses. They keep pushing to keep things screwed up. Tighter legislation that supposedly empowers women also enables them to file false cases for whatever pretext. This we are told is an acceptable evil. BS! There should be gender neutral laws that clearly state if sex is consensual then there is no case of rape. Not the case in this country is it.
To be frank i don't understand why this woman was ever entertained by the cops instead of being thrown out of the station with a caution not to waste their time on frivolous cases. Why were they so eager to file the case. I thought women who got raped couldn't get their cases registered. Oh it must be the new atmosphere now thanks to all the rape coverage that any one can take advantage.
She felt used ? WTF was she expecting on Tinder. It's amazing in 2019 this nonsense is considered legit. Sex is no longer taboo in metros. What i find odd here is both seem to come from a similar background. Both professionals, similar age & background. This is not a case where the guy is well off and the woman is from some poor background with an obvious extortion angle by the woman or the guy was taking advantage. No, this woman charges rape because she suffered emotional distress of being dumped.
The other thing that was commented on is the guys name was mentioned in the report but not the woman. I don't know if this is true but it reflects a clear bias in reporting.
