Tata PrePaid - Uncut Balance

Hi, I am using tata indicom Night Unlimited from past 5+ months and my account is about to expire on 19th October. I checked my balance today it showed something arround 1850. I think thats just crazy.
It seems like they haven't deducted my night unlimited charges.
since i got initial balance of around 3300. Night unlimited for 6months cost 1800.
My balance should have been arround to 0 by now. I use my connection in daytime also and regullarly 9to9 everyday in the night.

anyone has any explanation?

I can give screen shot. if people want proof.

Since you had it since last 6 month, maybe u are on old plan and 99 is being deducted for night instead of 299 ?

my is 299. my daily usage is high too.
and one more thing I noticed, my rate per unit is also showing 0.
i.e. my balance is deducted @ Rs.0 per hour.
 
maybe TATA owes you some money back, hence the free usage :bleh:

be happy and don't go around informing this to their CC :eek:hyeah:

I just wanted to know if this is normal or what and what other users are experiencing.
 
Stop complaining :p

Just get a validity top up done on ur account and continue downloading :) costs around 600-700 for 3 months extension i think.
 
i am planing to first renew my connection to the same quick power 360 and then toping up with 3 or 6 months of validity.

I am just afraid that they will discontinue quick power 360 soon.
