Caviar Blue AFAIK has 5 years warranty as well. It is only the Caviar Green which has a drop from 5 to 3 years. :)

^No, I did call up WD on the toll free number and the person said it is 5 for Caviar Black & Caviar Blue and 3 for Caviar Green. The older stocks may have 5 upon checking with the serial number.

^ The hard disk I got from him day before has actually 5 years warranty, although looks like old stock.

Do u stock Carry Cases for Seagate FreeAgent Go drives?

The Local ones would do just fine. I already have the Case Logic case.
