Switching to new ISP

I have MTNL internet.:ashamed: The plan I am using is of Rs.199/month. It just gives me a download limit of 400MB/month :( and the speed is always of 2Mbps. :D For each MB of extra download, 1Re. is charged.:no: Since the last 5-6 months my usage has increased and so has my bill.:( Now I am seriously thinking of changing my ISP.:mad:

Can anyone suggest me a good ISP???:huh: :S
My requirements are:
At least 256Kbps speed:hap5:
Unlimited download:)
Cost should be around 750 or so:)
Connection to HUB is welcome but not necessary:hap2: :D :clap:
 
2Mpbs for a limit of 400MB is a waste.

I recently switched to Reliance Wimax 400kbps plan UL and i'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Just try and make sure by asking around in your area if their service is good because the signal strength varies quite a bit in different areas.
