CPU/Mobo Suggestion for new mobo

My computer stopped working, the local comp guy diagnosed it to be a dead Motherboard, now i need a new MOBO with Processor, but i have 2 PATA HDD 40GB & 160GB and two PATA Optical DRIVE, can some one suggest me a motherboard and processor configuration with say 12-15000/ budget. with which i can reuse my HDD and Optical drive.
Preferably Intel or AMD

Asus M2NBP-VM CSM is a AMD based motherboard with 2 IDE slots that supports 4 PATA drives, and also has 4 SATA port to support 4 sata drives and also support RAID function. It also has Dual VGA output support: DVI-D/RGB. This is a suggestion run all the drives.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 + Abit IP35-E is a good combo, nice perfromance & good overclockability also.. but the pice of gfx card would exeed the budget, right?? if going for a onboard gfx soln, then 690G & Gefore 7050 chipsets seems better than the G33 based ones...
