Suggest tablet under 10K for nephew

Friends,

please suggest a tablet for my nephew (11 yrs). Will mostly be playing games like angry birds (low end). Another feature is ability to connect to net through USB dongle. needless to say, it must have android market/Google Play

Budget: strictly under 10k

My sister will be buying from stores (not online) only. So please suggest accordingly.

Isn't 11 years a little too young to be fiddling with things like this? Or am I just too old to realize the shift in this technology generation?

If you are OK - get a used tablet - you will get a much higher clarity screen which makes a HUGE difference.

Also the cheaper tabs have the 7" screen. While it is great for portability & reading, games come alive on a 10" screen.

Only problem in your case would be that the USB dongle support does not exist.
