Suggest system that is compatible with Win XP SP2

Hi friends,

One of my friends need to buy a new CPU which can run Windows XP SP2 due to software requirements of company in which he is working. It will be used at home, so onboard graphics should be sufficient to run movies and low end games.

Budget Rs. 12,000 for processor + ram + motherboard + hdd + smps/cabinet + DVD writer. Price should be lowest as possible.

Please pour in your expert advises.

please suggest some other board, he will be doing medical transcription work on this machine which involved listening recorded audio files, and the above board has VIA VT1708S. Please suggest motherboard with better onboard audio and graphics.
