Any specific reason behind this ? At present in the budget you mentioned Moto G 2nd gen will be most suited phone followed by Zenphone 5.

If samsung then your best bet would be http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_grand_neo-5958.php

Its same as the 1st Gen Grand but with a downgraded camera. Available for ~12.5k from several online stores.

But considering the touchwiz which is pretty bloated I would recommend upping your budget and go for the S4 mini or the Grand 2 with 1.5GB. Both of them are available for ~15k-16k from multiple online stores.
