CPU/Mobo Suggest motherboard for my config

I need a new motherboard for my current config
Intel C2D e8200 2.66Ghz
Asus P5N-MX nforce 610i/geforce 7050 <-- current motherboard :(
2 * 1 GB Corsair XMS-800 800MHz
Palit HD 4850 512 MB
Corsair 450W PSU
My budget is around 5-6k

I was looking at the ASUS P5Q-VM
between the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L and ASUS P5Q-VM which one would you recommend

My current motherboard is a bottleneck has lot of limitations.
Only reason i had bought that was because i needed a motherboard urgently.

But now i need a good motherboard.

You replied to me but effectively missed answering my question.
Why do you need the motherboard and what are these bottlenecks and limitations you speak of? :)

my board has single channel ram :(
2 ram slots only
it has old pci express x 16 not a v2.0
Well i was running the sissoft sandra lite edition and everest sometime back
i find that my board dont give IRQ to my hd 4850 :(
no option in bios to set that either
my ram is rated 5-5-5-12 at 1.9V but my board is 1.8V so it runs at 5-5-5-18
no flexibility to increase the voltage
etc etc

well it was a budget board what could i have expected from it.

Well any more recommendations for the new board

Cool, thanks for answering.

I guess you can go for something like the MSI Neo P45 which will fit your budget,
However, some things to note:-
PCI-E 2.0 slot will make no difference in your case.
More than 4GB of RAM is redundant for most users.
