CPU/Mobo Suggest me a Motherboard and Processor

Suggest me a motherboard and processor (Lowest) which wont be bottle necking my 4890.I will be using it for gaming purpose alone.

Processor: Intel Core i-5 750- 10.25k

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 - 6.75k

or

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE - 8.9k

Motherboard: Biostar TA790GX A3+ - 6.5k

AMD Phenom X4 BE would be a good option if your budget is low. In any case, for a card like this, you would need a quite powerful processor.

Lowest price anything would do. That would be minimum requirement or that is required to run the card efficiently.
