Suggest Inverter for Office

I need to buy a PURE SINEWAVE inverter to run 8 Tube lights, 4 Fans, 3 Pcs for atleast 5 hours. I have the following queries :

1) Which brand should I go for? I have a Su-Kam at home and its running fine.

2) What should be the ideal KVA rating and what batteries should I use considering the fact that Power cuts in our locality are scheduled for an hour daily and will continue so for the next 1 year or so. Will tubular batteries be ideal?

3) Will PCs run fine on these Inverters? My Su-kam pure sine wave inverter at home has an UPS mode on the back. Don't know if its useful.

Please give me some suggestions asap as I need to install these urgently.
 
take atleast 1.5 KVA or 2KVA (rec.) with good branded tubular battery of highest possible AH rating. Nowadays all makes perform with little pros & cons but a proper & good service devides the factor,Plz make sure that the invertor is atleast 20% free of its actual connected load.
