Audio Suggest Home Theatre Receiver

Need recommendations.

Since Ebay Global Easy Buy is running the "free shipping" promotion again, I thought I might check out HTRs. I have shortlisted two and want to know which among these two should I go for, if at all.

They are:

ONKYO TX-SR308 for Rs 16.6k

and

YAMAHA RX-V367BL for Rs. 15.9k

In case you recommend some other HTR, please let me know here. My budget is max Rs 15k.

And while you're at it, please suggest a good 5.1 speaker setup to go along with the HTR. I plan to use this setup for my 42" lcd tv & my HDVP2 to view movies, watch tv and listen to music(in that order).
 
Thanks for the recommendation. I guess I'll now have to ask my cousin in the states to demo all of these choices before deciding on which one.
