Graphic Cards Suggest ATI/Nvidia Card for 3-4k

I am looking forward to getting a new card in the range of 3 -4k.

Even a used card will do. ANyone have any suggestions

HD 4670 should be the choice , it should be available for a lil above 4 k

You can get 9500GT if you don't wanna increase your budget under 4k

Hmmm Both are almost at par. But the main concern is my rig is mainly a download rig and what I am looking for is low consumption in idle. So which makes a better choice. Ofcouse I require casual gaming too so very low end card is not recommended

4670 is the best bet for you since it down clocks to 165/250 MHz and consumes just 9 W in idle mode.Additionally its gaming performance is vastly superior to that of the 9500gt.
