Suggest A 32" Lcd Within 22K Budget

Please suggest a 32" LCD within 22K budget. Budget lesser the better. Sound output should be good for normal TV viewing. Will see normal SD channels. Brand preference : Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, LG.
 
THere are so many models like panasonic viera i don't remeber model name

There is toshiba SPB10 i think which is listed for 19k in ebay.in with 3 years manufacturers warranty in my house I use toshiba product it may be a new company to Indians but i have bee using it more than 10 years no single hardware complaints except some problems occurred bcoz of voltage problems
