Stuck with Megaupload 250mb limit for dl? READ THIS!

Have u ever wanted a file from megaupload that is over 250mb?
and u cant dl it cos u need premium account..

just do this!
http://megaupload.com/?<the id here>

change that to this
http://sexuploader.com/?<the same id here>

and whala!
no 250mb limit!

now go along and mass dl from megaupload!

This works because:
megaupload bought sexuploader.com for a xxx megaupload..
so it uses the exact same server
so all megaupload downloads work on it

eh?? are you sure abt this??? i`m currently downloading a 350mb file.. and i dont have a premium account nor did i do any special tricks.. just kept refreshing the page until i got 45 sec count... :bleh:

i dont think you need to do this..(i didnt ctually get ,what you did :bleh:).. cause the only irrtation on MU is the all 300 slots assigned to your country have been occupied..:p
 
yeah both sexuploader and megaupload work on the same server. But Megaupload does not have as many limits as Rapidshare does for its free users.
 
got this from another thread...

For mozilla firefox:

First go to http://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/59/

Click Install Now to install addon.

Restart FF. Tool-->User Agent Switcher--->Options--->Options

Click User Agents--->Add

Type this:

+ Description: MEGAUPLOAD

+ User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Alexa Toolbar)

Click OK twice to finish adding User Agent.

From now, before downloading any file on megaupload just go Tools--> User Agent Switcher--->MEGAUPLOAD.

For IE:

Start/run->> type regedit -> ok

Go to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User Agent\Post Platform]

Note: if U use IE 7

go to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Post Platform]

Right click on Post Platform > New > String Value > type Alexa Toolbar > ok

Now U can download from megaupload without error : "All download slots (..) assigned to your country (....) are in use"

ohh ic... i didnt try this.. dont have to.. ;) .... so thats why i asked if anyone could/or has tried it.....

and cowax you did exactly wat written and then it still showed all 300 slots occupied?

Yeah, Alexa Toolbar solves the reserved slots problem... Later by using Spybot - Search & Destroy, remove Alexa entries. :bleh: The slots still remain free and we can download easily!!! :clap:

I just registered here to thank you for the fantastic way you mentioned to bypass the Megaupload slot error. Thank you and for thousand times and so thank you and the first one who came up with this solution, you DID brighten my day
