Is the offer for c12 still on? I wanna use it with my Nexus 5. need your suggestion. will it be notably better to use with FiiO E6 or E02i?

Yes the offer is still on C-12 . It works best with a neutral source. Should sound good with Nexus 5 .. E6 will just provide slightly more authority and bass. There's a special C-12 + E6 combo also available for super low price.

With a mobile the E6 might be beneficial for sound quality as well as saving mobile device battery life . With a Mp3 Player it wont make a huge difference.
