Sony k800 in india?

My cousin is gonna buy a K800 for me from UK ( Actualy he has already bought it)

I know it sounds stipid but my doubt is whether k800 will work in india cos in bangalore only 790i has been released

Both have the same features...

Ok i got a good diferentiation between the two.

Compare Sony Ericsson K790 and Sony Ericsson K800 mobile phones

looks like k800 has umts while k790 has edge instead. All the networks supported are same so it shud work in india

k800i sony erick 3.2 MP cybershot camera with light + plus expandable memory. 3G (incase this comes two india is supported as well). So more value than K790i.
