Smartphone within 12k!!!

I want a smartphone and 12k is the budget.
awesome touchscreen and a good loud speaker because i'll be watching a lots of videos on it and will be using it for music 99 percent of time (as i recieve a call in like 2 days or so).
physical qwerty would be a good addition though it's not absolutely necessary.
please help will buy it by the end of the months

Raise your budget a bit and get a Motorola Defy. Perfect for your needs. Since its got a Cortex A8 CPU, PowerVR GPU and a largish screen(3.7" FWVGA) movie experience would be good.
