Looking to purchase a sit stand desk for myself. Anyone here has a sit stand desk and would like to share their experience on the same? would you recommend it? do you see a benefit that it has on your overall health and workings in terms of usage of the computer.

why buy from amazon? and pay extra. they have own site and people generally get direly from them. they have good online review.
Im eyeing on its one model. but i wil go Mumbai & check-in person before getting one.

If it were me, I'd just get the electric stand from a good company and would purchase good quality hardwood sheet locally. That's because these companies use particle plywood and it might not be that strong enough.
