Severe Stuttering in Facetime; All Speestests show Perfect connection.

I'm using a local ISP. Ethernet wire to Router (Asus RT-AC66U B1), PPPoE type.

I have been using this ISP for almost a year now, It used to work perfectly but in the last 2-3 weeks, a very weird (and disturbing) issue has cropped up. Whenever I use Facetime, I see severe stuttering in the incoming video (audio is perfect). The other person sees and hears me perfectly.

Whenever the other person shares their screen, same stuttering happens. The other person sees and hears my shared screen perfectly. The calls work perfectly fine when I change WiFi on the calling device (iPad Air M1) from Router to Mobile Hotspot. I have included a video of screensharing during a Facetime call which shows the stuttering.

All my speed test results are perfect, ping under 20 to all the metropolitan city servers, very less jitter, 0% packet drop. I have 50Mbps UL plan but I get close to 75Mbps on most servers. File downloads work perfectly fine, torrents too. I'm using Asus RT-AC66U B1 on Merlin 386.12 (latest). I'm at my wits end and dont know what to do. I'm thinking of removing the connection but there aren't other reliable ISP in my area. What confuses me that everything works perfectly other than just Facetime video calls.

Update: Restored Stock FW on Asus RT-AC66U B1. Still the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Edit:
Another thing I noticed. Earlier, WiFi calling (on my phone) used to connect all the time while I was on WiFi. These days, >90% of the time, it is not connecting.

I have tested from a friend's WiFi who is using the same local ISP. The FaceTime stuttering problem is exactly the same in both the places.

Surprisingly, he doesn't face any similar problems on FaceTime video calls.
