Sandy Bridge Gaming PC for ~45-50k

Hey everyone,
My friend wants to buy a new PC to replace his really old one. I have made him wait for the SB corrected mobos to be available. Just received confirmation that they are available in stores in Bangalore.

A few queries :
1. As the user's not looking to OC, is it worth getting the 2500k? Or should we just settle for a 2500?
2. Asus motherboards are the ones available in stores. Cant be sure about other boards.

Thanks in advance!

Hades has a very good config. :)
If you cant get the Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H(B3) then opt for the ASUS P8H67-M LE ~ 6k-6.5k. But this mobo has only 2 RAM slots. So go for a single 4GB XMS3 stick.
Also you can opt for a cheaper Keyboard for ~1k and save 1k there to reduce cost to ~50k.

I checked the Specs of Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H & ASUS P8H67-M LE. It says the Maximum RAM capacity is DDR3 1066/1333. My question is does the Corsair XMS3 1600MHz CL9 2x2GB work with 100% speed in these boards?
What do you think Hades / DarkAngel?
