PC Peripherals RAM question...

ok i have 4 sticks of 512 mb transcend ram...

2 i have are old 1 yr - and are 2.5-3-3

and 2 others are newer got1 from another comp of mine and bought 1...

1 being 2.5-3-3
and other 3-3-3

ok now here is the q...

all these days i was on 2*512 (2.5-3-3)

now i want to add the 2 new ones to make it 2gig..

i added them and got some APIC error on windows load after post.... and generally i think the bios isnt too happy...

so wat do i do..???
 
try using 2 sticks and set timings to 3-3-3 / 2T and then reboot and add the other 2 sticks and see if it works
