Hard modding the PS2 allows that, but then that kind of talk isn't allowed here.

Should i buy this memory card? It's not official Sony magicgate card. Some Red gear (sounds like chinese)

Dont go for any other card rather than Sony Ones.
Reason: Although low, the possibility of game saves going corrupt is there.
The non sony ones cannot replicate the magic gate encryption process a 100%.
Try your local flea market.
You would be able to procure a sony mem card for a decent price.
