Problem with Speaker Battery

My friend bought this beautiful light glowing speaker on Amazon. At first, it looks so cool that we used to keep our lights Off while we used to play some audio within it and put it ON for the glowing purpose. Now it is having battery problem after every 5 min. Can anybody know why it did so?
 
perhaps a good standard battery was not provided - needs to be replaced !

this is a most common problem in rechargeable torches & other such products.
 
Thanks, but do you consider that after keeping it charged for 2 hours it's still not working and after each cycle of 5 min it starts to say "Your Battery is low".
 
can you link to the device? if its in warranty, talk to the manufacturer about a return. maybe the battery is dying or its charging circuit has gone bad.
 
Thanks, I called the customer service and they said that they would have it replaced as it is under warranty. Thanks for the suggestion.
