i didn't know 14 inch 4k monitors are a thing until i googled, But they are very expensive though. I don't know your use case, but you can also use any of the Surface devices as portable monitors. They are slightly smaller at 12.3 inches, but has something like a 2.5K resolution, I have a 7, and is super crisp.

How exactly are you using them as a monitor though?
 
10" to 13.5" any size would do with free sync.

And I have been looking for this thing for more than a year.
