Nokia 5230 is not a XpressMusic (XM) phone IMHO.

That apart, the 5230/5233 or the C5 are the best bets in this price range.

5230 and 5233 are the only phones in tat range... 5250 is gud phone but no stock in all stores

Still, there is the Corby range from Samsung and phones like the Hazel from SE that fit into this category.

You could get an Micromax A60....its a pretty good phone, my friend got it recently, says the phone is very smooth and the resistive touch screen is pretty nice. It runs Adroid 2.1 and it seems it will get a 2.2 update soon (by march). Its a really good phone for just 6.5k. Here is the review:
