PC upgrade help: 23k

Hello everyone!

I want to upgrade my CPU.
This is my present configuration:

AMD PHENOM X4 9650 @ 2.3 ghz
Gigabyte 780G S2H Motherboard(with onboard Ati Radeon hd 3200)
2GB X 2 Ram @ 800 MHZ
Western Digital 320 GB Harddisk
Frontech cherry CPU cabinet with 450W smps.

I have 23000 Rs with me.So can anyone please suggest me what should i upgrade in my cpu?
Purpose of Use: GTA 4, COD,Adobe After Effects CS 5,Sony Vegas Pro 10,3d Studio Max.

So it can support 2nd gen PhenomII X4. So get a

PhenomII X4 955BE (3.2GHz) ~ 5.5k

NZXT Gamma ~ 2k

Corsair CX400 ~ 2.6k or Corsair VX450 ~ 3.5k

MSI HD6850 PE ~ 9.8k(If you have Full HD 22"+ monitor) If your monitor size is 20" or below then a HD5770 ~ 6.8k-7k would suffice.

Total: ~17-21k.

My mobo's manual says Rev 1101

12ME-MA78GMS2H-1101R

So i am not sure whether it can support AMD phenom II series processors.

And what do you think about GTX 460 graphic card?

Then your motherboard is this one Rev 1.101 -- http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2814#ov. Don't worry it still supports the Phenom II line-up so plonk in a Phenom IIx4 955 Black Edition and you'll be set to go.

If you wish to acquire something in the league of the nVidia GTX 460 i strongly suggest you go for the AMD HD 6850 ~ 9200/- performs better than the 460 and consumes lesser power too. AnandTech - Bench - GPU11

As well to power any of these cards get atleast the Corsair VX 450W ~ 3700/- OR Cooler Master Real Power Pro 460W / Cooler Master GX 450W ~ 3500/- / 3300/-
