Ordering from US: iPhone4 / Nexus S / HTC HD7 ?

Hi, I'm looking for a good phone with a budget of around 25 - 35k(Cheaper the better)

Not much requirements but it must be
1.Future proof for at least 2 years
2.Easily software upgradeable
3.Easily Customizable
4.Better hardware support(service in case of some problem)

Shortlisted few

Iphone4 16GB (iOS 4)
Nexus S 16GB (Android 2.3)
HTC HD7 (windows 7)
Suggestion and views required.

as per your Requirements, Point 1 makes everything else as wastage of time, because there is nothing such as Future proof in current world, atleast from the time Apple entered the play.
Point 2 suggests Andriod as option.
Point 3 suggests you to stay out of Apple world.
Point 4 is useless, as nearly all phones are having respectable h/w support, its the S/w that makes the diff.

My suggestion would be to wait for few weeks.

No point getting the i4 from there. No one knows when the unlock will come if ever, that too. Even Comex/Sherif dont know when they will manage to release it.

Wait for a few days/week as the Mobile Congress Week will see launch of a slew of new phones.

For now, CES already saw a few impressive phones being announced. Check out these:

Motorola Atrix (my pick as the best smart phone right now on the planet)

LG Optimus 2x

LG Optimus Black

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc
