What settings are we to use, when running the 3dMark Vantage for posting here. Resolution, preset(performance, high, extreme), texture quality.

Or should I just launch 3dMark and click on 'run benchmark' and go with standard defaults.

Standard defaults, in any case if you change settings then you wont get overall Vantage score and only individual GPU and CPU score.......

BTW vivek did you use riva tuner to OC ur 5770?

Not doubting those results, but how come the feature tests have all zeros..? I saw screen shots of other posters, some have feature test scores some do not. Is it the way Vantage is set up..weird..? Also Vivek see such a phenomenal amount of contribution is done by your CPU...wow...! And now see my case, how much my GPU(s) are contributing, and the processor zilch. Wondering if I join the Xfire to a i5...wow...!

By the way, is there any thread here, for Crysis Warhead benchmarks using the Warhead Benchmarking utility, we could start it..?
 
feature tests do not have to be run in order to get a score, they are optional. you need to run the two gpu tests and the two cpu tests.

flashed my card for ASUS 5770 bios & used smart doctor to OC :eek:hyeah:

U can follow the same & can get those results ....................
 
Picked up 5770 to tide me over until either the damn 5970 comes in stock or fermi launches.

Single GPU.

Got some free time today.

Got back to some light benching.

System : W3520@ 4.2, HD5770 CF 1064/1400, X58A UD7

It just smashed 22k barrier with ease.

After seeing some good response of 10.3 drivers by members, tried 10.3 drivers and the result is

Scored P19586 ....a jump of 1k from 9.12hf drivers :hap2:

^^ your CPU score is seriously screwed up bcoz of HT disabled. It will be atleast 24xxx, ideally 25xxx for 4.2Ghz i7 with HT on.
