NY to Hyd parcel delivery time

I have bought a Small item from ebay.com on 2nd Dec ; the seller is from NY , he is shipping through USPS mail . How much time can I expect to get the parcel delivered to me ?
 
Bro i don't want to create a panic but last time i ordered a silicon cover from ebay on 9th nov and till date i am waiting for it to arrive ,
When on 14th of this month when i asked seller about status of the shipment he gladly refunded the entire amount without even asking :)

I am not sure if i still get it some day but i don't care anymore since i got a refund. I ordered http://www.ebay.in/itm/290795580459...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_2291wt_1139 and he shipped it through usps mail only.
 
3-4 weeks, or maybe more, there are also chances that the package may get lost. The best service I've ever experienced is UK (Royal Mail), sometimes in even 10 days Iget a parcel (to Mumbai)

It doesn't matter if its "USPS Priority Mail" or "USPS Parcel Post" (Slower) because its a priority in US, in India its regular stuff.
Use the tracking number (if avl) to track it on the indian postal site - http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/
