It's the Armor version from MSI and has a lower clock rate. I don't know if it can be overclocked as there aren't any reviews available for this 950 model. I'm trying to get this card as well but the prices are very prohibitive. I'll wait around a month and check if they drop.

amd and nvidia haven't started locking their gpu frequencies so you should definitely be able to oc it. main difference b/w various aib's is cooler performance which is where a review helps.
