CPU/Mobo No sound output through front or rear audio panel

Just a day ago suddenly I got no sound from my headphone (front panel) or speakers connected to the rear panel. I tried a lot by freshly installing and/or updating the sound driver from either Microsoft or Realtek site or the mobo manufacturing site but no go. All drivers results the same. Then i reinstalled my windows but the issue didn't solved. Speakers and Headphone works fine with any other devices. Now i delete all the sound drivers and restarted the PC here is the screenshot of the Sound properties showing Speakers and Headphones "Not plugged in" even though they are plugged in. Only Digital Audio (S/PDIF) showing as "Default Device". Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
