scrolling wheel works perfectly, it's just the clicking the wheel that's glitchy.

Tbh I don't know what work doesn't require the scrolling wheel. I personally just can't live without it anymore. I think you should sell for cheap locally or keep it for someone who's just started learning about computers. Just don't expect it to get sold.

As far as I can remember, it is 1 KVA Elent UPS and it used to give 3-4 hours (or 2-3 hours not sure) backup with 2 external car batteries and costed 10-15k (don't remember). It is huge and very heavy. I cannot lift it easily anymore.
