A Corsair HX620, cant find invoice so assume no warranty, comes with box and enough cables to wire up a Baltic nation.

Any idea on what a fair asking price is?

i7 620 is not quad core

my apologies - I just saw system info and it showed there 2.67ghz X 4. The actual processor info is here - http://ark.intel.com/products/43560/Intel-Core-i7-620M-Processor-4M-Cache-2_66-GHz

its dual core, "4 threads" (whatever that means .... but was the highest proccy of its time).

Not damn sure but something around 30k max,as not aware how much exact it costs on street. Guessing quote based on price of ₹38k, as it had got price cut recently, though only of ₹2000.
