BTW, get your facts right before trolling. LG Nexus 4 was launched in October 2012.
In India, it was launched in May 2013.
It had a price drop to $199 and $ 249 in August.

That was just a fact of the matter.
Besides, are you telling me you haven't bought anything from US or haven't thought/ heard of people buying stuff from the US?!!??! Or are you suggesting that no one has ever bought anything from the US which he/ she might be looking/ willing to sell/ trade?!?!

A day late sold mine(imported) yesterday for 14800/- Also both above are correct you cannot get a nexus 4 Indian piece with warranty for 15k
