newegg.com feedback thread?

Is there a newegg.com feedback thread in the forum? Unable to find it.
Anybody bought from newegg.com? Some items are listed as shipped from US. I was wondering about any import/customs issues in India.

newegg charges extra for shipping and seperately for customs so i dont think there will be any issue....just buy from newegg india
