Reviews wise they're very decent and they serve 2 areas around Dilshuknagar area, Hyderabad!

Not reliable. Frequent cuts.


100mbps at ₹645/mo is tempting. Good lord.

I applied online... days now and yet to even receive a callback.

Both Airtel and Hathway were up and running the same day after I registered interest online.

Tells me customer service and reliability will be an issue with Excitel.

Called their Dilsukhnagar office for a new connection. The guy said he will send a technician to assess feasibility. No response till date. Looks like they don't even have a customer care setup. The guy I spoke to seemed like the only one working there.

If they're serious about Hyderabad, I'm seeing a tough fight. Looks like Eronet has acquired some ISP or Local loop unbundling (LLU) the infrastructure of some national ISP.
