Not buying graphic card now. Will buy it after one year and also an SSD.

Extreme3 has windows 8 drivers but extreme4 dosent.

I am ok with mild overclocking (even not sure about it). But buying 3570k because of HD4000 graphics as i am not getting graphic card right now.
