Budget 21-30k need upgrade urgently

my current rig is on my signature...i am planning on upgrading my CPU MB and RAM as all other components are great .....i also have noticed people suggesting very expensive motherboards over 10k i still dont know why????i am looking at overclocking the processor..pls advice me what i should go for...thanks u all

yes, the processor.I prefer intel over AMD because I'm having problem with my current athlon x3 445 processor which is not as good as it shows in review.System hangs up everytime.It takes few secs more than expecting time to load apps,installing apps,copying....Sometimes i think my first processor intel p4 was much better than this x3 445

Mostly FPS and rarely racing games.I'm expecting these games should play smoothly.

Rams Gskill or Corsair vengence ( 8gigz)
Mobo :Msi Z77A GD65
asus maximus geni 4 ( micro atx board )
asus p8z77i-delux ( itx board ) small factor but does the job :)
asrock z68 extreme 3 gen 3. check if these mobos are available in sp road .
contact ashirwaad or KC computers .. they have tonnes of mobos for u to be offered depending upon budget
 
No need to go for 2nd gen 2500k when the new gen i5 3570K is available,Asus Z77 mobo will be good enough.

thank u guys just want to ask will i get any real advantage going for a i7 3770 over the i5 3570K????in gaming??
will i see a significant improvement in gaming by upgrading cpu MB ram??
 
The gaming is more dependent on the gpu which you're having is good enough,Since you're going to overclock it's best to go with i5 3570K the i7 Ivy Bridge series is not available in the market but it won't make any difference with gaming.

The ASUS P8Z77-M PRO although more expensive than the standard µATX flavour has the following advantages --
  • better layout, more importantly SATA ports are angled;
  • better heat-sink around the CPU and MOSFET area;
  • more expansive I/O in the rear;
  • rest all same-same.

For RAM 4GB x2 will be enough. Also 8GB modules are expensive; they go for ~5500/- for a single module. Lots of RAM does not impact the gaming performance either.

For the cooler I whole heartedly recommend the Noctua NH-U12P SE2 over any other in your scenario.

Yes thank you very much... will be buying tomorrow also one more thing will I really find any gaming difference upgrading from my q6600 3.5 tm this setup as I am spending almost 33k on this
