Type-c splitters are meant to be used on laptops, which can support high power transfer.
Tablets - I wouldn't recommend using them.
But if you absolutely have to, just pick one up from Amazon (Link). I'm partial to the QZ brand, but they always seem to be out of stock.
But again, wouldn't recommend using them on a tablet, especially if the data transfer is to/from external hard disks instead of pen drives.

this from Amazon... To clarify I intend to watch videos on YouTube while at the same time the tablet is charging.....So I would connect a
Samsung USB-C headset to one USB-C port while connecting the charger to the PD port.....There would be rare data transfers from external hard disks as and when it becomes necessary
