PC Peripherals Need to buy a Rig in 20 k

Hi guys i need to setup a Rig with max budget of 20 k only excluding Monitor and keyboard and mouse.

what i want >only AMd and Ati graphics card sorry for some reason

reason i am looking to play Call of duty 4 in decent graphics so it wont lag during gameplay and it should be clearly visible .

also wanted to play old game such as "Counter strike:1.6"
1)Amd motherboard
2)Amd processor
3)Ati graphics card
4)Ram
5)Hard disk
6)Cabinet
7)Smps

please try to quote your rates withing 20k only i sincerely apologize i wont increase my budget more then 20k..

Don't go for AMD if you have a 20k budget. If you can raise your budget to around 30k, then it makes sense.

And what is that reason may i ask?
Anyway:-
Motherboard: Gigabyte G31M ES2L = 2.4k
CPU: Intel E5200 = 3.3k
GPU: ATi HD 4670 = 4.5k (Ati finally :p)
RAM: 2x2GB Transcend 800Mhz = 2.2k
HDD: Seagate 7200.12 500GB HDD = 3k
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli = 1.1k
PSU: Tagan TG U37 500W = 3.3k

TOTAL = 19,800 INR
Alternatives:- Get 1 2GB stick+ Go for a cheaper HDD and replace HD4670 with 4770.

noob question why do i need 500w only cant i don this thing in normal rig.

and someone suggestion anything alternative else this is i thing is very confortable thanks again

PSU cx 400 3k/CM RP @ 3.5k
Cabinet Bijli 1.25k
hardisk 320gb 2.8k
GPU HD 4670 4.5k

Dont compromise on PSU if u are buying GPU

No. u dont have any other options to confuse. the above mentioned AMD/Intel options are the Best (Recommended PSU - Corsair CX400 - Better ripple suppresion than VX450 and wayyy better than Tagan or Cm Real Power Pro).

Personally i wud choose the Intel Config with a CX400.

Get whatever you want, i listed the Tagan because it is the best compromise at that budget.
If you want, get the corsair CX400, lesser output but a slightly better PSU overall. The CM RP 460 is also an option.
If you want no compromise, get Corsair VX450.
