Just for your reference, I have had Intel i5 - 2nd Generation PC with 16GB DDR3 RAM but it won't able to run/load Photoshop & BlueStack. At that time I add basic entry-level GPU and all starts working OK.

I would suggest looking at the Recommended (not Minimum) System Requirements for each of those Softwares first. They should be documented on their sites.
Out of all select the one with the highest requirements; that will be your starting point.
Also Pugetsystems do a great job of suggesting hardware for content creation based on specific workloads -
www.pugetsystems.com/solutions/content-creation-workstations
Click on the Software platform and then click on Hardware Recommendations. Eg. for Blender -
They do extensive benchmarking for content creation so I would trust their reco.
But you will need to factor in your budget.

Also please suggest a good basic graphics card to add to this config(preferably not used cards). Will add graphics card if there is any rendering delays.

Thanks once again guys

The AM5 one. LGA 1700 is a dead platform. The 7600 isn't too far off in multicore performance, has a better integrated GPU, is more efficient, and gives you an upgrade path.

The i5 14500 is noticeably more powerful, heck R7 7700 doesn't get a win over it in all productivity benchmarks. Someone not tech savvy will likely not care about platform longevity & prefer the extra performance instead. Hence I recommended i5 14500 over R5 7600. If it was R7 7700 vs i5 14500, I will recommend R7 7700.

Buy RTX 3060 12GB later on for 25k or lower if GPU is really required, else get a used card for cheap.

Agree with @OMEGA44-XT. 14500 has completely toppled the mid range CPU segment. For productivity workloads, it's the best in it's class. That being said, if you plan on using the setup for rendering purposes without a dedicated GPU, you're better off choosing the AMD build. The Radeon graphics perform so much better that Intel's UHD 770. In any case, if you're gonna go with the Intel build, don't get 1x 16GB RAM, instead get 2x 8GB RAM for dual channel benefits. Also, if possible, try and get a used GPU (at the very least, an rx580 ~ 6.5k) because it's pure pain to render stuff without a GPU.

I will recommend 1x16GB RAM now & buying 2nd 16GB RAM stick later. This leaves room for upgrade to 64GB RAM if needed, considering the rig is for productivity, not gaming at all. Dual channel doesn't help productivity stuff noticeably to consider 2x8GB.
