Need help to trace a member's contact details from an HDFC account. EDIT: Got the details TY!

Guys, you may be aware that a Delhi based member has been off-lately sending abusive PMs, posting random porno images on the forum threads' News sections and other such useless content. Looks like there is no end to this. He registers using random IDs, posts the content, sends PMs, members report them, the posts/threads get deleted and gets banned. We are unable to ban the IP addresses because this smarty pants uses several proxies and there may be other members using the same IP.

Yesterday, he sent a PM to a member and threatened to rape his daughter - something not to be taken lightly.

We would like to trace his contact details through the blacklisted HDFC account of his father. I am sure someone working in HDFC will be able to look up the details.

The account details are as follows:

Account no: 09251xxxxx5948
Name: Aditya Chatterjee
IFSC: HDFC0000925

Contact number: 8826676646

If anyone has a friend or relative or a TE member who works for the HDFC bank, this is a walk in the park. We would request some help from your side. That's a humble request from our end.

@terence_fdes needs to file a police complaint against Aditya Chatterjee in his nearest police station first whether you get the address or not. Assholes like this have to be treated in a different manner.

Also if he has an FIR he can directly request the nearest bank with that copy.
 
Aditya Chatterjee is his father we presume. We aren't sure if the father knows about all this shit his son is doing on the forums.

We and the other members were tolerating the abusive PMs/threads so far but this has escalated to a different level altogether and we do not have any intentions to spare this guy anymore.

Father/family should know about such illegal activities
 
A complaint should be lodged against the said person immediately, and any other action should be taken only afterwards. Rape threats are not something to be taken lightly, even if they are coming from a "juvenile."

Yes, the father might become the unintended victim here, but he should know what his son is doing online in his name. It's his responsibility after all.
 
True father may not know.But my intention was the father to know. Things will happen fast.

Why do this way ? Lets just follow the law and lodge a FIR. With FIR, one can easily get details legally.

and father 'should' know what his kid is doing online. There was discussion earlier in TE, whether parents should know about internet activity of their kids or not.
 
Indeed FIR is the way to go. I wasn't denying that if that is what the members feel.

The reason I wanted the details is because we wanted to contact the father directly through his cellphone registered with this bank so that he may know what we are upto.
 
I don't know how the law works, but you can send him a legal notice after lodging the complaint right?

Not sure about this but after lodging the complaint police should be the one to act. Legal notice should come once someone directly goes to a court.
 
File a complaint against him. We have his bank account number and phone number, more than enough to get things going.

You got HDFC details ? This is awesome if true. Search on FB for this guy and start posting against him after confirming his FB account.
Also one can file a case for threatening to rape and distribution of porn on public forum. This can screw him like anything.
 
Checked my inbox and i have all the email notifications of the PM this person sent me. All his duplicate usernames are there along with content of all those PMs.
 
Rape threats and abuse are different than corruption in India. Unless you belong to big name family which now we all know you are not no lawyer can save you.
Think of trouble you are inviting to your home. Think sensitivily.

With the current wave of anger against rape/attempts.. I think there is a very strong chance things will be taken seriously.

Whatever was the case, threatening rape is a def no. It's this very mentality which has to be stopped.

The thing is that you may escape but do you ever think what will happen to your father and mother ? What will your mother think when she knows her retard kid is giving rape threats. They would feel embarrassed in society and will be shamed everywhere. You do not care about your family which is the most sick thing.
