hey guyz im having a great trouble with ma HDD,the disk read goes off suddenly, i mean the HDD stops running for a while without shuttin down of pc n then again it(HDD) starts and then again it goes off and then pc hangs up. i think its happnin due to the temperature,coz wen i touch my HDD after this hang up,its a bit hot from the bottom,but even if im runnin the pc with the cabinet open then also it happens.And ther is one thing more that if i use my other hdd on the same pc it wrks fine,so i think the problem is with that hdd only.
Another thing guyz,that hdd is of "western digital" so i just want to ask if ne one knows "wat is the warranty period of Western Digital HDD's" and if ne1 kno wether ther is ne service centers or shop of western digital in or arund south delhi??
