Budget 71-90K Need Help for CG Interior design system.

Hello we at our Interio Design studios create life like 3D views. (No walkthroughs) just still images for approval from clients.

Planning to upgrade my system need help deciding decent spec for the same my budget is max 70k -80k.

I know and dont know a few things as mentioned below.
1. Z97 Chipset from gigabyte.
2. 4790K i7 processor or just 4790 i7?
3. 16Gb of ram
4. 320gb or 500gb Hdd (Ssd not req)
5. Cooler required? (Render will take place mostly over night without any ac on in delhi heat?)
6. Good quality monitor for analysis of color but good price too.
7. Power supply?
8. Cabinet?
9. Graphics card for rendering? (No clue here whatsoever)
Please help with getting my configuration up at proce point mentioned.

Hi Thanks for your reply bssunilreddy. I have finalised following configuration after giving dew thought to future availability of CPU I want to go for i7 and not xeon processor. Anyhow my Vendor suggests me to go for gigabyte's Z97 mother board, Instead of B85. I am a bit confused please help.

2. GIGABYTE B85MD3H OR Z97 OR H97?
3. RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600 8GB X 2NOS
4. PSU SEASONIC M12II520
5. SAMSUNG SSD 850 EVO 250GB
6. GPU LEADTEK QUADRO K620
7. CASE CORSAIR SPEC 01
8. 21" MONITOR (YET TO FINALIZE)

i am quite confused about motherboard please suggest some and list difference between these. I don't intend to overclock this system at all and it'll be used mostly by my staff only. I am yet to finalise on monitor and ups.

Also can anyone point me to right shop at Nehruplace or Wazirpur delhi to buy the same?

Go for H97 mobo. dont go lower than that.

You can save a lot just by going with an H81 motherboard, though you'll only get 2 USB 3 ports.
You can get it for 3-3.5k.

These are the best shops in Nehru place (AFAIK) - SMC international, Cost 2 cost and Computer empire. You don't need to look anywhere else
 
Thanks for your reply guys. I bought my system last monday from cost to cost. I bought H97 mobo.
Now am facing storage issue ssd is less for 3d files. I am planning on buying additional 1tb hdd confused between WD 1TB Blue or green or Seagate baracuda 1TB. Please suggest.
 
WD BLUE 1 TB ,in my opinion

Greens are just a little cheap W, but not much, and are generally considered slower (5400 rpm)
