Need digicam recommendation for 10k budget

Hey all,

I am gonna get a digicam from Dubai with budget around 10k.

I am more interested in features like Image Stabilization, Optical Zoom, good night shot capability, red eye reduction, rechargable battery than just megapixels.

Any recommendations?

If my requirements are not clear enough, please specify areas where I should increase clarity. :)
 
The Canon A710 IS is available here for around 13k, so maybe you will find it in Dubai for around 10k. Its really good, but in case its outta your budget then you can go in for other cheaper Canon models that will have almost every feature you want except IS.
