Budget 21-30k Need an upgrade help for i5 2500k vs i5 3570k ?

hey guyz i thank all of u ALPHA17, Mac.rock7, Jakob & JJ the great for helping me. I bought all those components dat u all have suggested
i5 3570k from golchha - 14770 including vat
Asus P8Z77M-PRO - 12200
Corsair TX650V2 - 5800
NZXT GAMMA - 2200
Bought all other components from PrimeABGB. except the proccy
