If you need a physical keyboard, Motorola Milestone. It however exceeds your budget. Considering you are an iPod, that would be an upgrade. Symbian / BB might not excite you.

since you already have an ipod touch, why not get a Blackberry. N97 production has stopped and i couldn't find it anywhere in Bangalore. N97 Mini costs around 19k but has become a bit old now. not worth buying this brick. Two phones that i would suggest you are:

1) Nokia E71 (13k)

2) Blackberry Bold 9000 (21k)

if you are okay with windows mobile and if you can do some searching around, Samsung B7610 Omnia Pro is a terrific buy for 22k

^ Do remember that that is a mail only plan. You would not be able to do regular browsing. I believe opting for the 98 rupees bonus recharge which gives 2GB data limit is a better option. However, do check with folks who actually have the service. Vodafone is a dicey provider
