^^ I think we've got a marketeer amongst us.

Back to topic. The way phones are being introduced today, please wait till November. But ones which are being talked about in the news are Nokia Lumia 820 and 920. The specs look amazing. Nokia’s New Lumia Phones Leaked | iGyaan.in

In android, Galaxy S2 (considering your budget) still rules the roost. But you can consider a Galaxy Nexus (which will always be future proof). Also, by that time, many phones will drop their prices. So you might get more for your buck.

Consider the xperia u if you are fine with 5 gb, it does not have memory expansion slot. Else look for xperia sola. The atrix 2 is a nice option but with motorola stopping India operations not sure about warranty

Actually, all you need is a usb otg connector and a microsd card reader to fix the memory expansion issue.
Both are quite small in size and will fit in your wallet.
In fact, it saves you the hassle of having to turn off the phone
and remove the battery to play with the microsd card.
Buy them from your local store and you are good to go.
