PC Peripherals Need a mid/full tower+Low power PSU for a quiet PC

Hi Guys, would it be possible to suggest a quiet cabinet and a PSU for a work PC. The cabinet of my current PC is a CM 690 and I had a hard time damping the sound.

I had my eye on the Antec P280 but I can't find it in the market any longer. The NZXT H440 (which I believe is available with PrimeABGB) looks interesting.

A 300 watt PSU will be sufficient for my needs (Skylake i7+32GB RAM+two disks).

Price : Around 15k for both together.

Thanks Vivek. Already ordered a Corsair c70. Not the most silent but probably the best looking case

The power supply will be a rmi series from corsair again.

I would have gone for Corsair 330R Carbide Series or Antec P280 if i had been looking to build a silent PC. Silent yet killer sexy case.

The Corsair RMI series is the Porsche or PSU's.
